Prospective students need to show evidence of excellent mathematical ability and a genuine interest in the study of Mathematics. All students should have gained a grade A or A* in their GCSE Mathematics course. The Further Mathematics course is delivered in an option block and timetabled during the day. The modules studied in Year 12 are Decision Mathematics 1, Further Pure Mathematics 1 and Decision 2. In Year 13 we offer Mechanics 2, Statistics 2 and Further Pure Mathematics 2.
