Food Production and Cooking Apprenticeship (Intermediate Level 2)

This Apprenticeship covers a range of occupations within Hospitality and Catering, one of the largest industries in the country. Apprentices interested in cookery could either train as a chef in a restaurant or learn how to cook for large scale organisations like the NHS or in schools. You could work in all sorts of kitchens from fine dining to chain restaurants through to gastro pubs. To undertake an Apprenticeship in Hospitality and Catering you must be committed and have the determination and motivation to succeed. You will also undertake Functional Skills in Maths and English
