Law A Level

UPDATED 20160120 14:04:09

A Level Law is an interesting and varied subject which will give students an insight into the legal system and criminal law. This will be a new area of study for most students so it is not necessary to have studied the subject previously. It is essential to learn and apply real case law in answers, particularly for criminal law in the second year of the course. Most students enjoy this aspect of learning about different crimes and why the courts have reached their decision. Questions tend to be of an essay or problem format, with source material provided in some cases.
