For anybody who has been on the Beginners course or who is interested in finding out more about Italian Food and already has good basic general cooking skills and knowledge. Prepare classic Italian dishes from different areas. You will improve your cooking skills from what you have learnt in the beginner’s course. You will learn new traditional Italian recipes which are used in the Italian culture according to the season. You will prepare dishes – under the guidance of the tutor – and enjoy it together in class.
