This course is ideal for those who have a worked with flowerpaste and wish to extend their knowledge of the craft. You will have the opportunity to develop your creative flair and develop your artistic style in making Sugarflowers using flowerpaste. |The design we will be following features in Floral Wedding Cakes by Alan Dunn the Headdress will be made up of Sweet peas, Lily of the Valley, & Sweetpea foliage and will be approximately 7 or 13 cm in diameter, in a colour of your choice. You will learn how to colour flower paste to give a graduated effect and how use a balling tool to thin and refine the edges of the petals. The Headdress will be perfect for the centrepiece on a special occasion cake for an anniversary, wedding or birthday. At the end of the course you will have the knowledge and confidence to produce a large wired Headdress of Sweetpeas & Lily of the Valley unaided. The course is not suitable for those who have no experience of sugarcraft.
