This is an industry recognised full qualification in fitness instructing, including units such as anatomy and physiology, health and safety, nutrition, planning and leading a session Who is it For? / What can I do after the course? Those who want to pursue a career in the health and fitness industry as a fitness instructor across a number of disciplines within the fitness industry Those wishing to use the qualification as a platform for progression on to further learning within the health and fitness or active leisure sectors What could this qualification lead to? Future employment possibilities - This qualification can lead to employment as a ‘Fitness Instructor’ and will enable the learner to be employed in a number of different roles within the health and fitness industry as it allows for multi discipline competence.
