In a fast-changing technological world, it is always good to try and stay on top of developments and use what is available for maximum support. This 3 week course aims to help participant's access social media and other internet resources, as means of staying well. There is a bewildering array of possibilities online and this course will help you navigate your way through this maze. It is also an opportunity to brush up on some of your IT skills. Participants need to commit to attending all three sessions (sessions 1,2,3) ASSESSMENT REQUIRED Once enrolled and provided the course will go ahead, a member of the team will contact you to book an assessment.
