Life is hectic and challenging sometimes and it can be hard to make decisions and focus on what's important. Mindfulness teaches you ways to step back and have a different perspective. This course follows on from the introductory session and is for those who are ready to practice mindfulness at a greater depth. The sessions will incorporate meditation, breathing work, self-acceptance and focus on living in the present moment. As well as being able to commit to all 3 sessions (sessions 4,5,6,) it will be helpful if participants are able to set aside some time to practice during the week.
