An ideal course for absolute beginners. This course will help you to learn and use basic language in everyday and holiday situations. The course will be relaxed and enjoyable. You will spend most of the time speaking and listening and there will also be some opportunity for reading and writing. The course hopes to create a better understanding of Spanish culture and places to visit. Before you enrol on this course please contact Bury Adult Learning Centre on 0161 253 5772. There will be an open evening for languages on Tuesday 8th September at Bury Adult Learning Centre from 6.00-8.00pm What will I learn? Learners will be able to: Exchange basic information in a range of social situations that would suit your daily and holiday needs. Use simple vocabulary to be able to seek and receive information. Learning Outcomes:- 1. Introducing and exchanging information about oneself and others, including use of numbers 2. Ask for clarification and seek assistance 3. Ask the way to various locations, receive, understand and give the basic directions 4. Order drinks, snacks and a meal 5. Ask for various items in a shop, specify quantities and deal with prices 6. Request holiday accommodation and find out about facilities 7. Buying tickets for public transport
