PLEASE NOTE: If you have not attended the previous term of this course please contact Bury Adult Learning Centre on 0161 253 5772 before you enrol on this course. An ideal course for absolute beginners. This course will help you to learn and use basic language in everyday and holiday situations. The course will be relaxed and enjoyable. You will spend most of the time speaking and listening and there will also be some opportunity for reading and writing. The course hopes to create a better understanding of Italian culture and places to visit. Before you enrol on this course please contact Bury Adult Learning Centre on 0161 253 5772 What will I learn? Learners will be able to: Exchange basic information in a range of social situations that would suit your daily and holiday needs. Use simple vocabulary to be able to seek and receive information. Learning Outcomes - covering A1 and Part A2 of the European Language framework Introducing and exchanging information about oneself and others, including use of numbers Ask for clarification and seek assistance Ask the way to various locations, receive, understand and give the basic directions Order drinks, snacks and a meal Ask for various items in a shop, specify quantities and deal with prices Obtain a basic understanding of Italian grammar
