This Public Services Extended Diploma Level 3 course is designed to equip students with a practical and theoretical foundation for careers in the uniformed public services. Students will gain an understanding of this industry in general and an insight into the various career options available to them. We have close links with the Police Force, Fire Service, Military and other public sector organisations. Students will also take part in practical team building exercises and leadership activities, which include visits to the Services. What will I Study: Public services health and fitness Government policies. Understanding the criminal justice system. English and Maths What can I do after the course: On successful completion of your first year you will have a BTEC Subsidiary Diploma Level 3. You can then progress in your second year to complete the BTEC Extended Diploma. Higher Education courses such as a university degree or HNC.
