EFL is for EU and Overseas students over the age of 16 who wish to improve their English language skills for personal, professional, social or academic purposes. The course is flexible and can be joined part way through the course at a discounted rate, so you can join whenever it suits you. At Waltham Forest College, English as a Foreign Language teaching is of the highest standard, reflecting our 30 years of experience in this subject. All our teachers are fully qualified to first or second degree level and all hold Diplomas in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. Some of our teachers are also Cambridge examiners and teacher trainers What will I Study: You will develop your reading, writing, listening and speaking skills and improve your knowledge of grammar and vocabulary. You will cover conversation, listening exercises and reading and written work in class to help you improve. Classes have a general size of 15 students and a maximum of 22 per class. Our students are from diverse cultural backgrounds, which means you will not just have the opportunity to practise and improve your English but you will also be able to make many friends from all over the world..
