Everyone knows that exercise has a positive effect on health and wellbeing. This course gives you the chance to try a range of exercises drawing on Martial Art; incorporating stretching, relaxation, controled movements and breathing techniques. It is a fun way to exercise, increase fitness, balance and co-ordination.:- this course aims for student to learn new or improve existing skills such as balance, co-ordination, building fitness, self-esteem, team work whist developing new martial art techniques. This stimulates both the mind and the body together; done through drawing on the ancient Asian martial art. The Martial Art aids both relaxation and reducing stress by maintaining strong body posture and calm mind.
