Ballet for Fitness and Fun

This course is intended for everyone who loves ballet and would love to learn in a friendly and supportive environment. Improve your fitness, poise, balance and flexibility while dancing to a wide variety of music. Includes barre and centre work, and short step sequences. All levels are welcome, so whatever your age and experience we look forward to meeting you.
