Advancing in confidence and resilience

During this course learners will explore the steps taken to feel more confident in expressing themselves and speaking in front of others. We will explore communications skills; body language, negative beliefs, relaxation techniques, assertiveness and developing coping strategies to use when nervous, also how to deal with disappointments so you become more resilient.
