Part one of this 7 week course is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators too, we will cover a range of meditation, relaxation and visualisation techniques and models from a range of international and cultural sources. Techniques covered include: Simple breathing & focussing exercises to reduce stress and anxiety; Guided visualisation working with nature, elements and colours; Chakra balancing and Chi (life force energy) enhancing exercises; Sound vibration chanting & drum journey meditations. The techniques you will learn are not based on any particular religious practice or specific spiritual teachings, but are drawn from various traditions from around the World.
