This is an intensive muscular skeletal workshop working on relieving muscle and joint issues using MET, stretching , advanced, remedial and sports techniques. Two days will concentrate on the leg and two days will concentrate on the back area. This is aimed at those that already have a massage qualification and want to develop more advanced moves and techniques.
