Learn the basic techniques and methods of upholstery through practical sessions in our fully equipped workshop. This programme will show you the techniques required to complete your chosen project. You will be supported by an industry professional to develop a range of skills working on your own item of small scale furniture such as dining chairs, nursing chairs and footstools (if it won't fit on the car seat next to you, it's too big.) As part of the process, you will be shown basic techniques of frame repair and restoration. Basic material will be included and specialised upholstery materials will be available for purchase.
