Duration : 3 hrs x 7 weeks This course offers examination practice for students wishing to take the Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English (CAE). The CAE and CPE are the second highest and highest level Cambridge ESOL exams respectively. They are recognised by universities and employers throughout the world. CAE is suitable for students reaching a standard of English that is adequate for most purposes',' including social and professional situations',' and in higher education. It recognises the ability to communicate with confidence in English and deal with most aspects of everyday life. It is ideal if you want to work or study abroad or to develop a career which requires language skills (e.g. business',' medicine',' engineering).Teaching will utilise interactive methods and a variety of resources. Entry Requirements: Applicants will possess a good intermediate level of English',' such as the standard required to pass the Cambridge First Certificate in English (FCE). All new applicants are required to sit a 40 minute entry test prior to application.
