Advanced Foundation Programme (GCSE)

This is a demanding one year programme aimed at building up academic skills, obtaining an improved GCSE profile, career planning and personal development with the possibility of continuing to a Level 3 programme thereafter. The programme consists of a number of GCSE's (GCSE English, GCSE Mathematics, GCSE Science (single award), GCSE Media Studies, GCSE Photography, GCSE Catering). In addition to their study, AFP students will be required to complete an ICT Key Skills course if needed and where appropriate will be required to attend support classes in key subjects.
