This course is ideal for anyone interested in learning how to decorate simple celebration cakes. During this course you will be introduced to working with both sugarpaste and flowerpaste and how to colour the icings. You will learn how to ice both round and square cakes and make a range of decoration including a starburst and an edible ribbon and bow.
