Greek Beginners

This 10 week course held in Maidstone is a continuation to the Greek Beginners course that started in November 2015 It will enable students to consolidate the knowledge acquired in the previous course and expand it with the introduction of other topics., , By the end of the course students should be able to:, , * Request and understand information about accommodation, , * Request and understand information about travel and transport, , * Ask for and give directions, , * Ask for information about local facilities, , * Identify and request items in a variety of situations, , You will gain an insight into the culture where the language is spoken. If you have some basic knowledge of the language or if you have studied it for approx. 20 hours, this is the course for you. Students will be familiar with using basic greetings, giving and requesting personal details, saying where you live, ordering and paying for food/drinks in a café/restaurant and telling the time. Please note this course involves some reading and note taking.
