An introduction to massage techniques using basic and aromatherapy oils. , , This massage introductory day course is suitable for any adult who is interested in learning how to massage family or friends to promote a feeling of well-being. , , The course will cover the health and safety aspects of massage, including contra-indications to massage, and a small massage routine. The day will involve pair work and some undressing of the upper body. Students will have the opportunity to practise massage routines on themselves and others and will be aware of the benefits of massage for stress and tension relief. , , By the end of the day, they will be able to perform a basic massage routine safely, , , , There is limited parking on site, but there is a public car park nearby and on-street parking. This massage introductory day course is suitable for any adult who is interested in learning how to massage themselves, family or friends to promote a feeling of well-being. , , This course is not be suitable for pregnant women.
