This is a workshop for those who already practise yoga and want to focus on and enhance their understanding of working in sequence. Working with the breath, we will work together through postures in vinyasa or sequence. Postures can be modified or adapted to suit you. Working in flow routines you will be expected to follow your breathing and you should be steady and comfortable throughout the practice.
