Yoga - Working in Vinyasa

This is a workshop for those who already practise yoga and want to focus on and enhance their understanding of working in sequence. Working with the breath, we will work together through postures in vinyasa or sequence. Postures can be modified or adapted to suit you. Working in flow routines you will be expected to follow your breathing and you should be steady and comfortable throughout the practice. Following the asana practice there will be a guided relaxation. This is a workshop for those who already practice yoga and want to focus on and enhance their understanding of working in sequence.

You will need to wear loose, comfortable clothing, bring a blanket or a pillow/eye pillow for relaxation. Do not eat for at least two hours before the class.
