Do you like listening to Italian speaking? Are you interested in learning a bit more about Italy? This is a short course to introduce new learners to the pleasure of starting a new language. By the end of the course students should be able to:, * Understand and use basic greetings, * Give and request personal details, * Say where they live and describe the location, * Order and pay for food and drinks in a café, restaurant or shop, * Use numbers and currency, * Tell the time, Students will also gain an insight into the culture where the language is spoken. This course assumes that students have never studied the language. Please note this course involves some reading and note taking.
