Alexander Technique - Improve your Posture and Movement

This course in Tunbridge Wells will introduce students to the Alexander Technique. The Alexander Technique is a method of releasing stresses and strains which prevent people from operating at their most efficient level. By the end of the course students should have a basic understanding of what the technique is and how it works.
