This is an advanced Tai Chi Course for those who have been attending the previous improvers class or those who have experience in Tai Chi. Please be aware that there are differences between teachers of Tai Chi and you may need to speak to our tutor to find the right class for you. Please do be aware that style and conten may vary., , , Student should be able to perform by following Tai chi sequence up to 'Diagonal Flying', Perform by following 'White Crane' Quigong , Hold standing meditation for 5mins, Demonstrate correct movement from sitting to standing position., , , , For students who have completed the improvers class or those who have experience in Tai Chi.
