Flower Painting - Beginners

This short course will introduce you to the art of flower painting. It is not a botanical illustration course, but you will be looking closely at flowers and foliage and be introduced to how to draw and paint them., , By the end of this course you should be able to:, • Apply skills in observational study using paint or through drawing., • Use line, tone, texture and colour as expressive and descriptive elements , • Select and simplify complex forms, • Successfully review and evaluate your own work, , There is no set 'homework', but you are welcome to practise and do further work at home., There is no qualification for this course., , , , , There is limited parking on site, but there is a public car park nearby and on-street parking. This course is suitable for beginners and those with a little experience.
