Assertiveness and Confidence Building

This Assertiveness and Confidence building course in Canterbury is an introduction to proven techniques in building your confidence. It aims to help students to find more helpful and positive ways to think and feel about themselves and so behave more confidently. It will include learning to value yourself, thinking about yourself more positively, becoming more assertive, improving your support network and identifying ways forward, , There is limited parking on site, but there is a public car park nearby and on-street parking. For adults of all ages who wish to increase their self confidence and feel more in control of their own life. (This course cannot be used in place of personal counselling). Students will need to:Develop techniques for becoming more confident, positive and assertive.
