Learn about five essential oils, how to blend and use them effectively and safely for massage in the home. By the end of the course students should be able to perform a back and shoulder massage with guidance. These routines will be effective for reducing stress. Some undressing is involved, which is handled sensitively, protecting students' modesty. By the end of the course students should be able to describe three methods of using essential oils. They should be able to describe a safe method of blending essential oils. For all who wish to learn simple massage techniques, using essential oils. As some oils should not be used during pregnancy we advise pregnant ladies not to attend this course.
