You will gain speed, confidence and power., , Strategies taught on this course:, , A recap of the law and how it affects you in a physical attack, Advanced tried and tested techniques for releasing from holds and grabs with counter techniques, Advanced strikes and restraints, Solutions based on real life scenarios, This course is for anyone who has taken the improvers course. Wanting to continue to build self-confidence and reduce feelings of vulnerability., Instruction is aimed at those who are comfortable the techniques used in the previous 2 courses or those that have completed, Some other related training.,

Entry requirements

You will need supportive, comfortable clothing that allows ease of movement. Denim jeans, formal trousers, skirts or dress are not suitable for this activity. Yoga is generally practiced in bare feet or socks and all movements are performed on a mat. You may be advised not to take part if you are not dressed appropriately. , , Students may wish to bring a towel.
