This is an opportunity for a bit on 'me time' or even 'our time'. Indian Head Massage is an effective way of reducing stress, inducing relaxation, and providing a feeling of well-being. Come along and learn a new skill, something you can share with family and friends, something to help relaxation, reduce stress and provide a feeling of well-being., , Anyone over 19 is invited to this 'hands-on' taster day providing an introduction to Indian Head Massage plus a step-by-step guidance and instruction on how to give a treatment. , , By the end of the workshop you will be able to perform a simple shoulder, neck and head massage, with guidance where necessary, for use on family and friends. You will also be able to state at least 3 benefits/effects of Indian Head Massage., Anyone who would like an introduction to this fascinating subject is welcome.
