Computing - Further Steps

This course is ideal for students who may have attended a KAES Next Steps Computing course or who are self-taught computer users who can create simple documents, send emails and use the internet to a basic level., Further Steps is designed to broaden your existing computer knowledge as well as to introduce new features using Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. It may also incorporate internet and email to enhance and revise the skills levels within the group and provide an opportunity to look at social media such as Facebook and/or Twitter. If time permits additional topics that are of interest to the group may also be included. You will be taught in our specialist computer room at our Sevenoaks Centre. Those adults who have undertaken some initial computer training such as Start Computing and Next Steps Computing or who are self-taught computer users. You will know your way around the keyboard, be able to use a mouse confidently and hve soem experience of using Microsoft Windows.,
