Using Spreadsheets to Run Your Small Business

Computers form the core of effective business management and administration and one of the major tools in use is the spreadsheet. This course aims to demonstrate the use of the major functions of a spreadsheet as used in a business. Shortcuts, hints and tips will be shared. At the end of the course students should be able to produce professional looking charts and spreadsheets and understand most of the major features of Excel., At the end of the course you should be able to:, * design spreadheets for a variety of different tasks, * use graphs, pivot tables and other statistical tools, * produce spreadsheets of use to you in your work, * explain various items of jargon Those who have some computer literacy and who wish to enhance their skills in using software to run a business.
