The purpose of this qualification is to support the progression of learners by helping them acquire and develop the fundamental and practical knowledge and skills that focus on performance ability. Although performance based, the sessions will be focussed around commercial and popular dance techniques and disciplines utilising mainly the vocabulary, genre and culture of Hip Hop dance. In addition to the practically based course there will be an element of theory and the building of a portfolio.
