These B.FREESTYLE WORKSHOPS are focused on the principles of freestyle, improvisation and movement. Teachers of high calibre known from the underground scene in performance, commercial world and education will deliver their knowledge and expertise by using freestyle/improvisation and choreographic tools to delivery a highly focussed challenging and fun workshops designed to increase and inspire confidence as well as develop and improve skills.Some experienced dancers and/or non-dancers have a similar fear about freestyling and improvising. Teachers will help them to overcome those fears and understand with support and guidance how to develop their skills and self-confidence. Although general level class with some experience of moving all ages and abilities are welcome. The course will be run over 3 separate days with a different tutor/artist for each genre of dance
