Time Out for Special Needs Course This course aims to help reduce Isolation. Increase parent/carer self esteem around their parenting skills, Help increase knowledge and support network, Encourage better working relationships between parent and school as well as provide parents with strategies in order to create better relationships between parent and child. Time Out for Autism This course aims to increase knowledge of ASD behaviors and how they can affect your child, To provide a range of specialist strategies to enable the parent to manage different behaviors, help reduce parental isolation and to signpost families to ASD national and local support. Sleep Course This course aims to help parents understand children’s sleep cycles and sleep needs - Understand the reasons behind night settling and night waking - Learn strategies to feel less stressed when sleep training - Gain new parenting strategies for settling children to sleep and staying awake
