Relationships are never without challenges and obstacles. Amongst these challenges are attachment styles, cognitive distortions, deception, unfinished business, self esteem, fear of intimacy, changing perspectives - and more. You will explore in a safe environment the challenges of relationshipsOn this course you will learn how to; appreciate the importance of attachment styles, identify a number of cognitive distortions in relationships, describe how a relationship might be affected by deception, discuss the impact of unfinished business upon present relationships, suggest reasons for fear of intimacy, describe, reasons why relationship perspectives might change with time and have increased awareness of now to overcome obstacles in relationships.
