You will learn and be assessed by completing practical assignments. This will allow you to develop your practical skills in many areas of Art & Design including: Fine Art, Painting, Sculpture, Ceramics, Metalwork, Print, Plaster, Photography, 3D Design, Graphic Design and 4D Time-Based Media. In your first year you will study the 90 credit diploma. This can be a standalone qualification that is equivalent to 3 AS-levels. The extended diploma is completed in the second year and is equivalent to 3 A-levels. You will study a total of 17 different units covering the different art practices such as fine art, painting, sculpture, ceramics, metalwork, print, plaster, photography, 3D design, graphic design and 4D time-based media.
