The Level 3 BTEC in Applied Science covers a range of scientific disciplines from across the fields of biology, physics and chemistry. The course delivery places particular emphasis on acquiring crucial technical skills which will prepare you for successful further study and careers. We have 3 fully equipped laboratories which are used extensively and you will conduct practical experiments on a regular basis weekly. You will also be expected to carry out work experience alongside their vocational programme. Trips and guest speakers will be planned throughout the year.
