DRIVER PERIODIC TRAINING CPC (HGV)

All Drivers who hold one or more of the following category licenses: C1, C1+E, C, CE (LGV), D1, D1+E, D, DE (PCV) must complete 35 hours of Driver CPC over each 5 year period. You will study: 1. Customer Service and Route Planning - exploring what customer service is, who our customers are, and what they want from us; 2. Planning efficient delivery routes.
