The BTEC Level 3 90-Credit Diploma in Sport provides an introduction to the sports sector for people looking to build a career in sport, within one of its occupational areas. These include careers in exercise and fitness, coaching, sports development and the outdoors environment. This is a one year course covering 10 units and is the equivalent of 1.5 A-Levels. It is predominately theory-based with some practical sessions on the timetable.
