You will study 5 units covering basic administration skills including: - Working in administration, - Creating business documents, - Making and receiving calls, - Welcoming visitors, - Handling diary systems. In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop your ICT skills by studying mail merge and text processing, and will also study Personal and Social Development to prepare you for the world of work. Then, to put all your theory into practice, you will undertake a week's work experience.
