Investigating the Hospitality Industry Level 1

If you would like an overview of aspects of the hospitality industry, the this is the course for you. You will gain and develop useful and rewarding practical skills in our training kitchens and restaurants. You will also develop knowledge of the catering industry, including front office and house-keeping. The course runs on three days per week including work experience.
