This is a three year part time modular course, devised by CHS and validated by the University of Plymouth, with years 1 and 2 incorporating the Chartered Institute of Housing's (CIH) Level 4 Certificate and Diploma in Housing. The programme is being offered by CHS as part of its range of blended learning courses for those working in housing. If you meet the requirements of the course you will be awarded your foundation degree by the University of Plymouth and the Level 4 Certificate and Diploma by the CIH. This Foundation Degree (FdA) provides an opportunity for those who work in all types of housing with support to advance both your personal and professional development and your academic development. It is designed to enable you to develop the skills and knowledge you need to operate confidently in today s challenging and rapidly changing professional climate.
