Media is very much an academic discipline and successful students are analytical, questioning and prepared to challenge ideas. It is important that students have an active interest in the media and are willing to study, both in class and at home, a range of films, TV programmes, radio shows, websites and podcasts, to name but a few. Entry Requirements As with all A/AS-level subjects you must have at least five GCSEs at grade C or above, one of which should be English. In addition to this A Level Media requires a B grade in either English Language or Media (other written subjects may be considered).
