You'll need: the City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Food Preparation and Production or are working in a first-class establishment. Equally, you can be a mature student who has the right drive and commitment to succeed and who wants to achieve a nationally recognised qualification. You'll learn: how to increase your key skills in a specialised area. Being a very practical course in its approach, the content allows you to learn advanced techniques that meet both national and international standards. Expect: to be assessed throughout your course through assignments, projects and practical examinations. You'll love: learning the techniques you will need to have, to work as a specialised chef in a professional kitchen. You'll go onto: employment in the industry, or further studies at Foundation Degree level.
