Learners who would like to become employable and go straight into work at an approved outdoor centre in the UK or France after the course. Learners who also want to gain 3x A level equivalent qualifications (up to 420 UCAS points) to gain entry in to Higher Education after the course before entering employment. Learners who are highly motivated with a strong work ethic and enjoy taking part in practical days each week whatever the weather. Learners who want the opportunity to gain a range of outdoor / leadership NGB qualifications relevant to gaining employment in the outdoor industry, e.g. Paddlesports 1* & 2*, BCU Level 1 Coach, CWA training, Mountain Bike Leaders Level 1, First Aid for the Outdoors.
