Course Content:Week 1: Introductions to course, including health & hygiene. How to handle marzipan and sugarpaste correctly and colouring sugarpaste. How to make modeling paste. Assorted unwired flowers, fabric flowers, daisies and blossoms and butterflies.Week 2: Model a simple character, using modeling paste including tips on proportion.Week 3: Piping and writing with royal icing, make royal icing bags, demonstrate piping and writing with royal icing, skill build with cupcakes.Week 4: How to prepare and how to design a cake. Edible cake borders.Week 5: Work on your own cake and complete.Length: 5 weeks. Additional Expenses:All students will be subject to a GBP 20 administration fee.Fast Track
