Name: GCE A Level in History Qualification title: GCE A Level in History Qualification type: Assessment Paper 3: The British Experience of Warfare: c1790-1918 Examined in May/June. You will be required to answer three questions. The first question requires you to analyse source material that is primary or contemporary to the period. The second question will examine your subject knowledge and ability to demonstrate your understanding of the period in breadth looking at causation, consequence, change, continuity, similarity, difference and significance. The third question requires you to demonstrate your understanding of change over a period of 100 years. Unit 4: The USA: From Reconstruction to Civil Rights, c1877-1981 You will carry out an independently researched enquiry that requires you to analyse and evaluate historical interpretations and to organise and communicate the findings.
